We are currently seeking an Experienced Business and Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both transactional and litigation work and be licensed to practice law in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service - Manage cases independently and collaborate with other attorneys - Work directly with clients from start to finish on their cases - Build referral partnerships and actively participate in the community
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and South Carolina - Experience in business law, including drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts and corporate documents - Experience handling business deals and drafting related documents - Experience representing clients in court and arbitration hearings - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other attorneys - Highly motivated and self-starter
